2. Gravure printing
A finished product processed in this way is usually called a composite canvas bag. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print the picture to the film, and then the film with the pattern is combined on the canvas by the film mulching process. General large-area color pattern printing canvas bags are used in this process. It is characterized by fine printing, machine production, short production cycle (but long plate making time). In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, the durability of the finished product is better than other processes of canvas bags. The film has bright light and subgloss two kinds of choice, subgloss has frosted effect! This canvas bag custom printing process is generally based on the number of printing colors to charge, its production cost is higher than watermark, at the same time, this printing process plate making costs are also relatively high, so, for some orders with a relatively small number, It is not recommended.
3. Heat Transfer Printing
Heat transfer printing is a special printing in canvas bag custom printing. This method needs intermediate medium, that is, printing the picture and text to the heat transfer film or heat transfer paper first, and then transferring the pattern to the canvas by heating the transfer equipment. The medium commonly used in textile printing is heat transfer film. Its advantages are: beautifully printed, rich in layers, comparable to photos. Suitable for small area color image printing. This printing process charges according to the printing area, that is, the large printing area is higher than the printing area. so, for large area printing pattern, it is not recommended to use this printing process.
