How do we choose the printing technology for non-woven bags?

Non-woven cloth bags are generally using silk screen printing process, which is often known as "silk printing", which has always been a commonly used printing process in many environmentally friendly bag factories.Generally, manual printing, so the color control of the process is not good, but with the continuous improvement of exquisite product printing and environmental protection requirements, many new non-woven bag printing methods have emerged, mainly include: watermark, concave printing, thermal transfer.

Here we introduce the current mainstream non-woven bag printing methods on the market.

1.、 watermark

Named for its use of water-borne colloids as printing media, it is more common in textile printing, also known as printing.Print the color pulp with water-based glue.Printing printing without chemical solvent, can be directly washed with water. It is characterized by good color force, strong cover and fastness, water resistance, basically no peculiar smell.

2. Debossed Printing

Finproducts processed by this method are often called compound film non-woven bags. This process is divided into two steps, namely, using the traditional concave printing process, and then using the composite film process to compound the printed film on the non-woven cloth.Generally large area color pattern printing of non-woven cloth bags use this process. Its characteristics is exquisite printing, the whole process of machine production, short production cycle. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof resistance, the finished product durability is better than the non-woven bags produced by other processes. The film is available in bright light and sublight, which has a grinding effect. The disadvantage is that there is a conflict with the concept of environmental protection, because the film is difficult to degrade.

3、Heat transfer printing

Hot transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing. The method requires an intermediate medium, which allows the text to print onto a hot transfer film or hot transfer paper, and then transfer the pattern to a non-woven bag by warming the transfer device. The medium commonly used in textile printing is the thermal transfer film. Its advantages are: beautifully printed, rich layered edition, comparable to photos.Suitable for small-area color image printing.
